TRASNSFER POLICY AND FORMATION OF COMMITTEES FOR EFFECTING TRANSFERS IN DEPARTMENT OF POST - CIVIL WING EMPLOYEES OTHER THAN JE`s DO NOT KEEP ANY MEANING IN THE VIEW OF CIVIL WING OFFICERS

Dear Comrades,

As you all know pretty well that for the past three four months several orders have been issued from the Directorate of Department of Post regarding the transfer policy guidelines and rulings regarding the formation of COMMITTEES  for effecting the transfers of all categories. Vide order No. No.4-09/2011-SPG (Pt) Dated 30-03-2015 the Directorate issued fresh orders regarding formation of  Committees at all levels for effecting the transfers. The name of Civil Wing cadres other than the JUNIOR ENGINEERS has not been reflected any where in the circulars issued either from the Directorate or from the CHIEF ENGINEER, DOP, New Delhi. This shows  the Directorate/Chief Engineer`s casual nature in dealing with the cases of the staff of the Civil Wing which is strongly condemned by our association and demand for the immediate issue of transfer guidelines and the rules to be followed in the case of rotational transfers.

Similarly the vacancy position in all the offices of Civil Wing is alarming. The officers at higher level are busy in only the problems pertaining to the engineering cadres and other cadres for them are dyeing cadres. Hence,  time has come to be united and fight for the right causes to save the non engineering cadres in the Civil Wing.

With warm greetings on the eve of NEW FINANCIAL YEAR.
