            Sub:  Request for clearing all genuine problems – reg.

             It has come to the notice that your good-self have been allotted to DOT Cell recently.In this connection we bring to your kind notice that some more genuine problems like regularization of Casual Mazdoors etc are pending which need to immediate attention of the Circle Head. There may be several other problems which by your intervening and action may help the genuine officials. Hence, we are to request your good-self to take action on the genuine problems of the staff despite the fact that you have been now allotted to the DOT cell and likely to move shortly.

                 Please note that ours is the only recognized association in Mumbai Circle to take up the staff cases with you. We shall be glad and shall be appreciating your actions if all or most of the genuine problems of the staff are cleared before your depart from PCC Mumbai. This letter has reference to the discussions the undersigned had with you on 11-3-2011 at Mumbai.
