                               NOTICE OF 1ST CIRCLE CONFERENCE


               Under the provisions of Article 30 of tdhe Association of All India Postal Civil Wing Employees Association, the 1st Circle conference of All India Postal Civil Wing Employees association i going to be held on 11-3-2011.

                 Items of  agenda of the conference are as follows:

                 1. Organisational review.
                 2. Cadre restructuring issues.
                 3. Recruitment in JEs /Draghts Men / W.C.Gr.II/MTS
                 4. Bring Back the diverted post of Head Cllerk.
                 5. MACP/ACP cases
                 6. Non deduction of union subscriptions.
                 7. New members enrolment
                 8. Election of circle office bvearers
                 9. Any other item with the permission of the chair.

                         Venue of the confernce will be intimated in due course.
