Minutes of the meeting held on 1-7-2011 with Chief Engineer ( Civil ) are likely to be released to-day

The draft minutes sent by the Chief Engineer ( Civil ) have been reviewed and corrections made and sent by email to the Principal Private Secretary to the Chief Engineer ( Civil ) for approval and release. The minutes are expected to be released to-day and they will be kept in website on the receipt.
