It is regarding said transfer policy by SE civil Ambala, it is replied that if there is no vacency in circle then wc1/HC will be posted where posts are available but In this circle it is observe that in many cases there are wci posted in sub-div which is for wcii( It is said that wcii will not transfered out of postal circle), So there are discrimination between staff because it is seen in previous transfers some wci was posted in sub-division and by this they were not transfered, it is also seen that in the Architect office where the vacancy is for wcii , wci is posted , the officer should see these of discrimination. It is also to say that in the case of transfer of Je, AE, of this deptt. they are transfered their nearest station or their suitable options, so I personally request to our officers that please so humanity when you are going to transfer any of your staff because suffering of staff make them discourage. PRABHAKAR GUPTA LKO.
ReplyDeleteSuggestion for transfer- Staff should be transfered to their nearest station i.e. the staff of Jammu, shimla, ambala, Delhi should transfer in their circle and the staff of Lko, and allahabad should transfer in their circle , It is also requested that the mutual cases should be considered in specified stay at station further willingness of staff should be considered while transfer .
